Enjoy a comfortable home-like atmosphere of the library housed in the same building as the Village Hall. The library is to enhance the community quality of life by providing easily accessed materials, services, and programs to enrich, inform, and entertain. One of the highest priorities is the community children. Mid-morning story hours and the summer reading program are eagerly attended by many community children each year.

In addition to books, a variety of videos, periodicals, and audio books are available for check out. Large print books and a talking book program are available for those who require special needs service. Many of the elderly, ill or handicap residents take advantage of the home delivery service. Additional services include fax, copy machine and computers with Internet access.

The library programs thrive due to the generous contributions from community residents, organizations, and businesses. The "Friends of the Annawan Library" help our library grow through their volunteerism provided and the fundraisers held to offer our community expanded services and programs.
